Tupu Rise - Communal Living

This project explores how thoughtfully designed communal living spaces can support the wellbeing and entrepreneurial ambitions of young residents in Panmure, while creating economic and social opportunities for the wider community. The design emphasizes collaboration, connectivity, and flexibility, providing shared workspaces, social hubs, and accessible amenities that foster creativity, skill development, and social cohesion.
